Default 869.535 MHz / 200 kHz / up to datasheet power may be illegal depending on country, bandwidth, duty cycle, and EIRP.
EU SRD: the 500 mW g3 allocation is 869.400–869.650 MHz. LBT+AFA, bandwidth, duty-cycle, and dwell-time requirements depend on the selected regulatory profile.
The integrator is responsible for finished-product RED/FCC conformity when incorporating an OEM board into another system.
Licensed or non-SRD operation requires the corresponding national authorisation and an approved radio profile.
