Library (reticulum + reticulum-core)

• Identities, destinations, packets, links, announces, transport
• Interfaces: UDP, TCP client/server, HDLC
• Kaonic physical interface: kaonic-gateway/kaonic-reticulum (KaonicCtrlInterface implements Interface, spawn RX/TX tasks)

Gateway and MAVLink embed Transport. The optional reticulum-daemon can load TOML configuration or convert an existing Python-Reticulum configuration with convert-config.
