Gateway starts without radio pages	Verify /etc/kaonic/kaonic_serial and /etc/kaonic/kaonic_machine
Mesh but no VPN	allow_all_peers false without hashes; route expiry 45 s; TUN permissions
High LDPC errors	SNR; MCS too aggressive; interference

GUI/iperf against IP:9090 isolates radio from Reticulum. If iperf works and mesh does not, debug kaonic-gateway / identities.
